  • Purpose - construcion zone, area of low density residetial construction
    BRP-: south - 537,5 m2 GBP, north - 757,00 m2 GBP (construction gross area) The land is located in the area of the Mokošica settlement on the right bank of the Rijeka dubrovačka for the residential purpose in the low residence density zone
  • The surface area thereof totals to 849 m2
  • The market value of the estimated land amounts to €400.000,00
  • The purpose of the construction land plot is the construction of 11 residential units
  • The finalization of the construction of the facility is forecasted throughout the period of 11 months from the date of issuance of the construction permit
  • The cost-effectiveness of the project is conditioned by the location, due documentation and secured project financing
  • The total investment amounts to €1,5 mil
  • Documentation for location permit submitted in January 2008

    In accordance with the Project Idea from December 2007 prepared by Architect studio Arhitekt d.o.o. from Dubrovnik the project is divided into southern and northern part. Basic data follows:

    SOUHTERN PART

    The land plot is in accordance with the space plan of the city of Dubrovnik situated in the mixed construction zone M14 with low density construction. The building will be on slopped terrain with basement, ground floor and two levels. Surface of 440m2. The access to the land plot is from the local public road from south. The purpose of the building is residential. All three levels consist of one two bedroom

    Parking area for 4 vehicles is located in the basement garage and 2 parking spots are planned outside in front of the building by the ramp for garage. Levels are connected with the indoor stairway.

    Construction gross area by level:

    - basement (garage) 218,90m2

    - ground floor 106,20 m2

    - first level 106,20 m2

    -second level 106,20 m2

    NORTHERN PART

    The land plot is in accordance with the space plan of the city of Dubrovnik situated in the mixed construction zone M14 with low density construction. The building will be on slopped terrain with basement, ground floor and two levels. Surface of 440m2. The access to the land plot is from the local public road from south. The purpose of the building is residential. All four levels consist of one two bedroom

    The parking area with 12 spots is in the garage and 2 parking spots are in front of the building next to the garage entrance ramp. Levels are connected with the inside stairway.
