PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

• The land is mainly forest and green and one smaller part is within the construction zone for the purpose of building villas.
• The total surface area of the above land is 136.303 m2, out of which 69.265m2 is forest
• The above land plots are situated on the visually attractive hill above Samobor with directive view of the Samobor old town, Samobor and Zagreb
• Currently the general space plan for this area of the City of Samobor is being modified and as part of the proposed modifications this area will be proposed for the area for public purposes (retirement home)
• The division of the large land plot is estimated to be divided in smaller plots construction of retirement homes of high standard, while the potential partners expressed their interest in developing the infrastructure.
• The market value of the above land plots exceed the amount of €2 million
