• • Land plots- 4000, 4001/1, 4001/2, 4001/3, 3997/1, 3997/5, 4144/1, 4148, 4149, 4150, all in Lovinac area
  • In accordance with the area plan for Lovinac within the construction zone
  • During the first stage of the project, the construction of a tourist resort with around 29 facilities, out of which 28 bungalows including one central facility has been planned on the surface area of more than 16.000 m 2 .
  • All the facilities are intended for rental, out of which 9 facilities (7 wooden plus 2 stone-made cottages) may be offered for sale because of separately issued location permits although the primary intention thereof is rental.
  • The Lovinac location, 200 m away from the center.
  • The value of the overall investment is estimated at €1.650.000,00.
  • The Fund will invest €300,000.00, of its own funds in the investment .
  • The planned commencement of the construction is the spring of 2009, while the intended finalization of the project is spirng of 2010.
  • The additional 45.000 m 2 of land has been purchased, out of which 50% will be used for the purpose of construction, while the remaining land plot is intended for change of its use
  • Some additional land plot has been purchased in the immediate vicinity of the above land plots, therefore it is not separated according to the location permit and it will be, in terms of contents, more different and rich in offer.
